Featuring a grease nipple type design, these concrete injection packers come equipped with a non-return valve at the base, ensuring efficient resin flow without backflow. After the resin cures, the packer’s top unscrews easily, leaving the base in the concrete. The remaining recess can be filled with epoxy paste, completing the concrete injection process smoothly.
The hook-on variant includes a non-return ball valve located in the head, allowing the operator to relieve water pressure within the structure before starting concrete injection. This feature provides greater control over water-sensitive concrete injection environments, ensuring a thorough repair.
Our brass concrete injection packers are inserted into holes drilled at a 45-degree angle, locking securely into the crack. The rubber sleeve compresses around the threaded brass body, creating a tight seal capable of withstanding pressures from 1,000 to 10,000 PSI, making sure that every concrete injection is precise and reliable.
